One of Australia's most popular and celebrated chefs, Guillaume Brahimi took over Sydney Opera House's flagship restaurant, Bennelong, in late 2001.

Guillaume at Bennelong offers contemporary Australian cuisine with a classical French influence and has a range of dining choices including intimate booth seating, a secluded private dining table, or canapés at the bar overlooking the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

Guillaume at Bennelong showcases the best of Australian food and wine, in one of Sydney’s most striking dining spaces, open for pre-theatre, dinner and post performance supper. Guillaume at Bennelong continues to receive acclaim both nationally and internationally.

Guillaume at Bennelong also operates Bistro Mozart, which offers patrons quality meals at bistro prices. Bistro Mozart has proved popular, especially with regular Sydney Opera House patrons. Bistro Mozart is open two hours prior to Opera Theatre or Concert Hall performances. It is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
